Welcome to CIAP of New Jersey
Welcome! CIAP of New Jersey is a non-profit trusteeship founded by the following associations:
New Jersey Asphalt Pavement Association (NJAPA),
Utility and Transportation Contractors Association (UTCA) and the
Associated General Contractors of New Jersey (AGC of NJ).
These groups founded CIAP to provide construction education, construction scholarships, construction research, improvement and standardization of public sector contracts and technical specifications, public relations and promotion for the New Jersey Construction Industry.
