Scholarship Application Form:

If you have an interest in employment in the New Jersey Heavy Highway and Utility Construction Industry for the summer of 2011 (summer employment is required for all scholarship applications), please fill out the application for the CIAP scholarship program.

Filling out this form authorizes CIAP to contact your university to obtain references and recommendations. It is understood that the scholarship/internship is in addition to salary and other compensation provided by the employer.

After filling out the form below you will be directed to an acknowledgment page telling you that CIAP has received your submission. You will be assigned a CIAP STUDENT ID#. Please indicate this ID# on all correspondence with CIAP and include it in the subject line of all emails.

In addition to the form below. please email the following to scholarships@ciapofnj.org:

1.) a one page letter explaining your interest in the field of construction and goals for future employment 2.) a copy of your transcripts (can be unofficial)

Upon receiving your completed information, CIAP will schedule a personal interview with you at your school. Your school will contact you with available times and dates to schedule. Interviews take place in November and December.

A Career Fair will be held on January 12, 2011, at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Conference Center in Raritan Center. Attendance at this event is mandatory. By submitting this form you are registering your attendance at the Career Fair.
