At the Construction Industry Advancement Program of NJ
(CIAP), we believe that academic success can be enhanced
when you are aware of the real-world application of the
things you learn in school. In particular, Math and Science
provide you invaluable experiences in problem-solving that
applies to life way beyond the classroom. Add motivation to
the mix, and you are on the road to success.
The Construction Industry, and even more specifically, Heavy
Highway Construction, with its jobs related to building and
repairing roads, bridges, tunnels, utilities, dams and other
infrastructure of our communities and our state are a great
